Web Design work

For all our design services we provide you with at least 2 different graphic concepts with the possibility of reviewing.

The coding (HTML/CSS) starts after the customer gave us the final review for the design layout.

Deliveries and Payments

40% in advanced when the design is accepted.
60% when the code is finished (and shown and tested by the client to ensure there are no bugs)

Development work

Because we strongly believe that close collaboration creates better applications at lower costs, we like to keep a very open and 'no lie' policy with our customers, showing them the actual product developed every 2-3 weeks, planning together and letting them see the progress by seeing the actually develop program rather the reports.

How we work

Our internal processes are inspired from the Agile methodologies Extreme Programming and SCRUM, which emphasize the need for fast deliveries and frequent feedback.

We divide the entire application, in a list of small projects, each due to show new functionality every 2-4 weeks (The length of such an iteration is fixed and established with the customer at the beginning) to the customer, ensuring him that we are working and thus building thrust between us and our clients.

The requirements are kept as a list of features, prioritized by importance by the client. This list is then divided into the iterations, making sure the most important are due to be developed first. Once the plan is developed, we start the iterations. In the first week of the iteration, we detail what is planned to be developed in that 2-4 weeks, then we develop it and in the last day we sit with the client and show him the actual application. No reports. The running application cannot lie about progress. Once one iteration is finished, the next is started, until all in the plan are finished and product is delivered and deployed.

WE LIKE CHANGES, EVEN LATE IN DEVELOPMENT.
We like to let our clients drive the project, to their needs. The can change the requirements unless they are for the current iteration, which is in work. The new requirements are estimated, the client can reprioritize, and the plan is changed. If the new requirements exceed the estimated cost, the client introduces in the plan the new features, and takes out some considered less important, of the same value.

If the project is long, we can deliver as the application and deploy it several times, making sure what is more important is delivered first, so we can meet the client's deadlines.

Deliveries and Payments

For each delivery of a program we require:
40% in advanced when the development plan is agreed.
40% when the code is finished (and shown and tested by the client to ensure there are no bugs)
20% when the program has been deployed

SPECIAL OFFER:
We return 10% to the client, if we've had a good collaboration throughout the project.
